This hybrid role is in a plant in Toledo, Ohio, and is pivotal in improving employee relations, helping employees understand and utilize their benefits effectively, and helping employees solve individual benefit related issues. The position requires 2-3 days per week on-site. About the Company Our client is a global manufacturer of power technology company with plants across the globe. Location Hybrid - Toledo, Ohio (On-site 2-3 days/week; PPE required on the plant floor) This is a full time role, with possibility of part-time (25-30 hours/week) if preferred/needed by ideal candidate.
