Gathering, analyzing, and auditing customer equity metrics. Building and maintaining a tracking database and reporting dashboard for customer equity metrics. Responding to internal and external data requests, posting materials for regulators' and/or the public's review. Serve as the SME in the discipline and provide authoritative consultation and recommendations to senior management. Report complex information in simple terms and communicate to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with resource planning, origination, customer solutions, load forecasting, communications, environmental reporting, and other various groups for developing metrics and reporting.
