**Overview of Job Function:**
Responsible for the strategic direction, alignment, design and oversight of all benefit plans, programs and employee HR compliance resources for US employees.
**Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Direct the development, implementation and ongoing analysis of the health benefits strategy - including plan design, pricing strategy, administration, compliance, communications, implementation and evaluation.
+ Lead annual renewal and open enrollment processes, including obtaining and analyzing benchmark data and utilization data, identifying trends, preparing recommendations with impact assessments for senior leadership, creating content for employee information sessions and communications, and communicating & testing benefits administration system requirements for execution.
+ Responsible for ensuring benefits programs continue to meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, are cost effective and consistent with the company's total rewards philosophy.
+ Maintain a wellness strategy that nurtures a culture of health with an emphasis on preventive care.
+ Monitor benefits programs to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements, adjusting plans and programs as needed.
+ Partner with Engagement Team to vet content for the monthly newsletter (The HR Compass) and deliver robust content and resources covering the four pillars.
+ Responsible for all aspects of leave management, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, annual holiday schedules and worker's compensation.
+ Complete side-by-side assessments and provide guidance as part of the diligence process for mergers and acquisitions.
+ Responsible for preparing all department expenses and tracking actual expenses against budget.
+ Responsible for overseeing all annual compliance processes, health & welfare 5500, PCORI filing
+ Conduct regular meetings with brokers and account managers across plans to address issues, discuss trends & best practice, utilization and opportunities for improvement.
+ Responsible for ensuring internal compliance poster site is current and contains all required federal, state & local compliance notices for employees in 48 states.
+ Oversee all vendor relationships and partner with procurement and legal team to execute contracts with new vendors, as needed.
+ Effectively manage a benefits team
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, healthcare, human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ 10 years of experience in leading Benefits Administration for large corporations.
+ 5 years of HR/Benefits leadership experience, in a self-insured company.
+ 8 years of progressive people leadership experience including coaching, development/training, performance management and driving engagement.
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
+ Strong vendor management and selection experience.
+ Strong relationships with brokers and supporting vendors.
+ Strong analytical skills with ability to present results in a clear and effective manner.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with ability to apply resolutions.
+ Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service required.

SUMMARY:
The Employee Benefits Marketing Specialist (EBMS) is an analytical and administrative position responsible for the end-to-end project management of Group Health benefit renewals for an assigned block of clients. The EBMS ensures that all renewals are completed on time, accurately and completely. Renewal tasks include gathering and managing all of the necessary information to build, analyze and present the renewal including Eligibility Audits, Risk Assessment Questionnaires (RAQs), EE censuses, and obtaining the quotes from various insurance carriers. The EBMS analyzes the carrier quotes and creates presentations that clearly display and communicate the renewal data and uses the data to create the renewal presentation materials for the Account Executive (AE). Once the renewal decision is made, the EBMS gathers the benefit information including benefit summary information and enrollment forms for the client's employees to make their election decisions. The EBMS supports medical quoting for prospective clients through the Sales Department and any following enrollments. The EBMS ensures a smooth transition from the renewal process to the client service department for ongoing service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the end-to-end annual Group Health benefits renewal process for an assigned block of clients
Requesting and managing the RFP and quote process with the various insurance carriers
Creating and managing spreadsheets to effectively display and communicate the quote information received from the various insurance carriers.
Working with their aligned Account Executives (AE) to create a recommendation plan to present to clients.
Creating and managing all proposals for the AE to present to our clients.
Assisting the AE with the underwriting process including working with the various insurance carriers and clients
Assisting the Sales Representatives with medical quoting, enrollment, and takeover paperwork
Creating “Benefits User Guides” (BUG) brochures that summarize the clients' renewal decisions Maintains organized filing systems.
Ordering and preparing insurance carrier documentation including enrollment materials and provider booklets

REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of experience in employee benefits including a strong knowledge of employee benefit plans, ancillary coverages, and current legislation
Highly organized, technical, and analytical skills
Ability to operation independently and in a team setting
Client service mentality with active listening skills and able to effective communicate with clients, team members, and management
Very comfortable with typical business technology including voice mail, e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

The Customer Benefit Advisor (CBA) I is the entry level in a three-level career path. A CBA I is a critical first point of contact for our customers.
To be successful in this role, the incumbent is responsible for demonstrating exceptional customer service for business serviced by Unum/Colonial Life. It is critical to provide accurate information on benefits, claims, and or policy administration with minimal operational oversight. Incumbents in this role will be tasked with compiling information for multiple product types, from multiple systems, and providing responses to customers that are thorough, clear, and concise. All work is carefully performed according to established protocols/procedures.

Your Career
As a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation you will be the expert for our Cortex portfolio, a Next-Gen AI-powered security operations platform. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer's key business imperatives. You evangelize our industry leading solutions in Security Intelligence and Automation, XDR, Attack Surface Management, SOAR and Incident Response that establish Palo Alto Networks as a customer's cybersecurity partner of choice.
Your Impact
* Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your assigned specialization area
* Present to customers as our expert at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from practitioner to senior leadership
* As the main technical point of contact for Cortex, you will assist and collaborate to respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs.
* Lead and support customer demonstrations that showcase our unique value proposition
* Scope and lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects for prospective customers and partners based on best practices to ensure technical win in your assigned opportunities

Qualifications
Your Experience
* 3+ years experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments or graduate of Palo Alto Networks Academy Program
* IBM QRadar design, deployment, and/or pre-sales experience highly desirable
* Experience in working with customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
* Solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes
* Knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions
* Scripting experience is a plus - Python preferred
* This is a field sales position where travel requirements may be required to support in person customer meetings, please discuss with the recruiter on the specifics for this position.

Our Veteran Workforce Consultant serves within the Employment Services (ES) division. ES programs improve the functioning of the labor market by bringing together individuals who are seeking employment and employers who are seeking workers. The SC Works system provides jobseekers with career guidance, job referrals, assessments, and résumé assistance. Free tools to assist employers include posting job openings, recruiting and screening candidates, and reviewing job market trends. South Carolina's 12 local workforce development boards administer the SC Works Centers throughout the state.
The Veteran Workforce Consultant is in the Workforce and Economic Development division in the Trident Region. The role performs customer focused case management and career planning to identify barriers to employment and develop solutions for clients. The consultant will conduct needs assessments, assist with the development of individual employment plans, provide focused services, and educate individuals regarding DEW programs, policies, and services. This role will also provide assistance with all services as needed within an SC Works Center.
This position requires scheduled travel to the following counties: Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct needs assessments and assists in developing Individualized Employment Plans.
* Provide career counseling, work search activities, and skill advancement information.
* Assist with ES programs like Wagner-Peyser, TAA, MSFW, and Veteran Services Program.
* Greet customers, perform initial assessments, and refer them to appropriate programs.
* Review Veteran Intake forms and schedules comprehensive assessments.
* Provide Workforce services operated by SC DEW in SC Works Centers.

* Provide ongoing support to SC Works Centers and all Workforce programs.
