What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in benefits analysis, with direct self-funding expertise (required).
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant training/experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

High proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large data sets.

BDC Representative - Centralized Business Development Center
We're looking for motivated BDC Representatives to join our centralized BDC team supporting 5 dealership locations. This role focuses on working incoming leads, handling inbound calls, and contacting customers through phone, text, and email. Your goal is to connect with customers, provide the information they need, and set appointments that drive traffic into our stores.
Responsibilities
Respond to all incoming internet leads and inbound calls
Contact customers via call, text, and email
Provide accurate information on vehicles and availability
Schedule sales appointments and update the CRM
Meet daily/weekly contact and appointment goals
Experience:
1+ years of experience in a customer service or service-related role (preferred)
Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
Ability to prioritize and organize to meet multiple simultaneous objectives.
Previous experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not required.

Role Overview:
The Benefits Manager will oversee the administration, compliance, and ongoing enhancement of all U.S. employee benefit programs-including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. This individual will serve as a key partner to HR leadership, driving benefits strategy, ensuring legal compliance, and improving employee engagement through thoughtful program design and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage all employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k)/retirement, PTO, and leave programs).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws (ERISA, ACA, FMLA, COBRA, etc.).
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure seamless benefits operations and reporting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance brokers, benefits providers, and wellness vendors.
• Lead open enrollment and benefits communication initiatives to enhance employee understanding and participation.
• Monitor benefits utilization, benchmark trends, and recommend cost-effective enhancements.
• Support wellness and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with internal HR stakeholders.
• Act as the primary resource for employees and managers regarding benefits questions, policies, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Deep knowledge of employee benefits law, compliance requirements, and plan administration best practices.
• Proven track record managing vendor relationships and leading open enrollment processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience within hospitality, travel, or service-driven industries a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
