Job Summary

Qualifications & Skills
Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
3+ years of proven benefits administration experience (required).
SHRM Certification (preferred).
GBA, CEBS Certification (preferred).
Mastery in benefit enrollment, advocacy, and administration of self-funded plans.
Advanced research skills for compliance laws in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Advanced analytical skills and exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
