This role ensures competitive, equitable, and compliant practices across all geographies, while also managing the HRIS platform to maintain data integrity and enable insightful reporting. What You'll Do Compensation Strategy & Execution Develop and implement global compensation strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and pay equity goals. Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning across regions. In concert with members of the HR team, design and facilitate annual compensation cycles including merit increases, promotions, and bonus allocations. Partner with HR and Finance to forecast compensation costs and model scenarios for strategic planning. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation trends and regulatory changes in all countries of operation (US, Canada, UK, Spain, Vietnam, and various countries in Latin America and Asia Pacific.) Benefits Administration Oversee global benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies. Evaluate and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback, utilization data, and market trends. Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective delivery of benefits services. Lead benefits enrollment processes and ensure clear communication of offerings to employees. Ensure compliance with local, provincial/state, and federal regulations (e.g., ERISA, FLSA, CRA). Maintain accurate records, review and process PRs and invoices, and reconcile billing. Develop and maintain FAQs, guides, and training materials to support employee understanding of programs. Partner with HRBPs to address individual concerns and support retention strategies. HRIS Management & Reporting Oversee the HRIS platform (Workday/ADP) to support compensation, benefits, and broader HR functions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across compensation, benefits, and performance records. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, create slides for knowledge transfer, support leadership meetings & audits, and informed decision-making. Collaborate with IT and HR teams on system upgrades, configuration changes, and new module implementations. What You'll Bring Strong commercial awareness and understanding of global labor markets. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling). Advanced knowledge of US, Canadian and UK benefit programs. Working knowledge of benefit programs for other countries. Strong research skills to identify gaps and enhancements for global benefit programs.
