Roles & Responsibilities: Plan Design & Strategy Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants to design and evaluate US and Puerto Rico health and welfare benefit programs, ensuring alignment with Amgen's total rewards strategy and employee value proposition. Assess plan competitiveness and recommend changes to improve cost efficiency, employee engagement, and alignment with business goals Collaborate with global total rewards and internal communications teams to support benefit and equity education campaigns. Partner with finance on budget, accrual and forecasting of self-funded plans Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Ensure health and welfare benefit programs comply with federal and state laws, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other applicable legislation.
