Perform benefits administration and audits - including but not limited to: determining eligibility, handling monthly reporting and processing, updating benefits elections and changes on behalf of employees and retirees, ensure accuracy of reconciliations and that error reports, are submitted and processed in a timely manner.
Serve as a benefits expert to answer questions from employees and retirees in a timely and accurate manner and partner with Managers, CoE on complex issues.
Generate and provide various standard and ad-hoc reports for compliance, claims, billing and mailing requirements and provide relevant information to CoE for reporting and analysis.
Participate in the implementation of Benefits programs, projects, and policy changes including continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the review and updating of content in the knowledge management and case management systems as well as other continuous improvement activities to improve GBS Center efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure KPIs and metrics are met and are in compliance with established service level agreements, baselines and targets.

Our Sales Representatives use our propriety lead management system to meet with business owners and present ways to fulfill their envisioned employee benefits package.
