Mr. Sauro joined BeneSys in his current capacity as Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Prior to joining he held the same title and position in the mortgage banking industry. Before beginning his career in private industry, David received his Certified Public Accounting designation in 1987 and worked was a senior tax manager in the Entrepreneurial Services area for Ernst and Young. David began his public accounting career after graduating with his Bachelors in Accountancy with Grant Thornton.

Matthew Morbello is a Chief Compliance Officer / In-House Counsel at BENESYS, INC. and is based in Olympia, Washington. He has worked as Shareholder at Beeson, Tayer & Bodine. Matthew studied at UC Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law between 1994 and 1997; Swarthmore College between 1986 and 1990; and UC San Diego between 1990 and 1994.
