Sales Operation Administrator Overview
This position fosters positive relationships with sales staff, enrollment staff and Partners by providing excellent operational and account management support. The base salary range for the Application Architect is 109,000 to 196,000. Application Architect Overview
The Application Architect plays a pivotal role in the software development lifecycle. This position is responsible for guiding the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business goals, IT standards, and regulatory requirements. This role works to increase developer productivity through mentoring, creating guidelines and standards for development, and creating libraries that are reused throughout various applications.
Essential Duties:
Designs and oversees the architecture of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with coding standards and architectural principles

Fosters a collaborative, continuous improvement environment and supports staff in resolving challenges and enhancing performance through constructive, supportive feedback.

The Claims Processor will use independent judgement and discretion to review, analyze, and make determinations regarding payment, partial payment, or denial of medical and dental claims, as well as various types of invoices, based upon specific knowledge and application of each client's customized plan(s).

Independently review, analyze and make determinations of claims for: 1) reasonableness of cost; 2) unnecessary treatment by physician and hospitals; and 3) fraud.

Review billed procedure and diagnosis codes on claims for billing irregularities.
Analyze claims for billing inconsistencies and medical necessity.
Authorize payment, partial payment or denial of claim based upon individual investigation and analysis.
Review Workflow Manager daily to document and release pended claims, if applicable.
Review Pend and Suspend claim reports to finalize all claim determinations timely.
Assist and support other Claims Specialists as needed and when requested.
Attend continuing education classes as required, including but not limited to HIPAA training.
EDUCATION:
High School Graduate or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Manager, Stop Loss

The Stop Loss Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Stop Loss department. This position will work closely with the Director, Stop Loss to establish and meet expectations and business goals. The Manager will focus on innovation, ensuring audit metrics are kept, tracking stop loss claim filings, reimbursements, and advance funding claims to ensure the department is running in an efficient and thorough manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages the day-to-day operational functions to include, workflow management, staffing needs, systems, procedures, and reporting.
Proactively addresses critical issues and identifies ways to streamline and improve efficiency of work
Monitor all claim filings, including both specific and aggregate.
Collaborate cross departmentally to ensure business objectives and performance standards are met.
Assesses current processes and procedures for innovative opportunities amongst teams.
Design and implement policies and procedures most efficient to corporate directives and strategy.
Ensure all define processes and quality standards are followed.
Foster a sense of urgency and commitment to achieve goals
Ability to troubleshoot daily issues that arise throughout each team.
Maintain direct report assignments, performance management and relative goals.
Perform weekly audits of specific claims to ensure all claims were filed correctly and all reimbursements have been received.

Assist with making claim adjustments for claims paid in a current contract but should be applied to a prior contract.

Save fee amendment documents in the appropriate drive

Manage, triage, and assign enrollment related workflow (to include but not limited to data file feeds, help desk inquiries and tasks) in accordance with departmental expectations and standards
Respond to incoming inquiries and tasks from other departments in a timely, customer centric and professional manner

Qualifications:
Associate degree in Business or related field; may be substituted with two years of relevant work experience
Minimum one year experience in an enrollment or administrative position supporting internal and external customers in a professional office environment
