This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategic planning, and flawless execution, owning the end-to-end experience for our largest live engagements. Define and own strategy for lead trade shows, including large conference sponsorships and marquee events that introduce Resolve's mission and product to technical and enterprise audiences.
Partner closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales to ensure trade show objectives map to pipeline goals and broader go-to-market priorities.
Lead end-to-end event execution, from planning and cross-functional alignment to logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
Drive operational rigor through project plans, stakeholder communication, Salesforce reporting, and post-event performance analysis.
Manage executive involvement at events, including coordination with support teams, briefing materials, and day-of logistics.
Own on-site execution, including setup, registration, activation flow, and strike, ensuring experiences run smoothly for attendees and internal stakeholders alike.
Build and maintain event assets from landing pages and registration flows to content calendars, speaking slots, and attendee communications.
Track, analyze, and improve key event metrics (leads, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline influence, ROI) and use insights to optimize future trade show plans.
Support broader team events including user groups, customer summits, and regional activities as part of an integrated GTM event strategy.
Build process and playbooks to accelerate execution and scale the impact of events across the company.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in event or trade show marketing, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, or AI environment.
Proven history of managing trade shows and conferences end-to-end, including strategy, logistics, vendor management, and on-site leadership.
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple events, priorities, and deadlines without losing sight of details.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments and driving outcomes with urgency and autonomy.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a bias toward clear communication and shared success.
Experience owning budgets, vendor negotiations, and contracts with a focus on cost optimization and ROI.
A creative thinker who can bring innovative event concepts to life while maintaining operational discipline.
A strong data orientation, you define and track meaningful metrics and use insight to shape future plans.
Ability to travel seasonally, estimated travel requirement of up to 25%.

Summary
Driving and operating of a specific service vehicle (tow trucks, battery service vehicles/light service vehicles), and operating towing equipment for AAA members and for commercial purposes. Performing simple diagnostics/troubleshooting on vehicles. Providing an outstanding customer service experience.
Essential Functions
Driving and operating a service vehicle (i.e. flat tire changes, lock-out, fuel delivery services, etc.)
On-scene time interacting with customer/establishing rapport, building relationships, trust and problem solving
Leverages sales skills for offering products and services from AAA to member during service interaction
Utilizing on-board computer, radio communications, and mapping systems
Completion of daily paperwork (i.e. call-logs, battery invoices, cash receipts, etc.)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Clear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressure
Common knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failure
Demonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety as well as the ability to discern safety issues and respond appropriately
Ability to drive a manual/automatic shift vehicle
Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification/ Requirements
Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age
Two (2) years of experience in a customer contact role
Education & Training. I.E.: AAA Compliance Training, RPST, TSAAC, Lock-out, PSP, Battery Service Training
Vocational technical automotive training/certification or equivalent experience- Preferred

Work Environment/Physical Requirements
Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous. Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.

Responsibilities
Own, run, and deliver revenue end-to-end
