DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Measure stock length with laser device. · Load and unload material from machine. · Clean lens, align and change nozzle. · Operate overhead cranes, forklift, Warehousing, sheering, and sawing. · Load, edit and delete programs. · Measure parts with tape, calipers, mics, radius gauges, square and protractor. · Read prints or digital files to insure part conforms to customer's design. · Adjust parameters to insure optimal cut quality. · Properly identify and process paperwork necessary for material handling and production recording in metalware. · Properly & accurately fill out inspection and daily Laser log. · General maintenance and cleaning of Laser as assigned. · Put away all drops daily. · Maintain a safe and efficient work area. · Good attendance is an essential function of this job. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED. 3D Machine Operator's Experience Preferred. Laser Experience Preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Computer literate.
