In August of 2005, I joined Bennett Thrasher, an accounting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, where I serve as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role I am responsible for all efforts surrounding the recruitment, development and retention of the people at BT.

I began my career with Arthur Andersen as an audit staff and senior. After three years in the audit practice, I made a career change and moved to Andersen's Business Consulting group focused on HR with a specific specialty in campus recruiting. From there, my career in HR grew as I focused on recruiting at Hewitt Associates with both their Human Resources Outsourcing group and their Actuarial Consulting practices and then as a recruiter for Zyman Group, a marketing and brand consulting firm.

At Bennett Thrasher, my focus is finding the best people to work with our clients and serving those great people day in and day out as we build a firm with an outstanding culture and values.
