They took them all there’s absolutely no respect for the drivers no raises are properly given no bonus programs and the stress is ridiculous!

We get threatened by management all the time with corporate but we never met or saw any of these people never once told thank you by any of them !

The management needs a complete over haul including its safety and hr department they talk too drivers like your second rate trash !

When I was once hired they respected drivers so the interview was so easy .

It’s way below other companies hauling the same freight and with a ridiculous points system they now have it’s constantly used by management n hr against drivers !

There is none it’s sad the drivers are put under so much stress and aggravation by terminal management n safety !
