Bergelectric company history timeline
On February 1st, 1946 Bergelectric’s founder, Al Berg, received an electrical contractor’s license from the California State License Board.
Since our inception in 1946, Bergelectric has made its mark in the construction industry by providing the highest quality electrical contracting for all our projects.
That facility remained Bergelectric’s only office location until 1973 when they made the bold move to open a new office in Escondido, California—helping to expand their Southern California presence in the San Diego market.
In 1987, Bergelectric’s growth in Southern California—including San Diego—caused them to exceed capacity at their original headquarters.
Bergelectric’s corporate personnel—including members of the Board of Directors—relocated to this state-of-the-art office facility in 2019.
