The Client Service Manager is the main liaison between the clients and the Bergen Logistics warehouse teams, office, and technical staff. They provide responsive, friendly, and helpful customer service to our high-profile clients. The Client Service Manager requires strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external clients, with a high level of service. The Client Service Manager requires strong analytical skills to ensure the accuracy of the client's logistics requirements in a timely, professional, and positive manner.

Monitor WMS system to track SLA. Address late orders as needed.
Communicate with warehouse teams and escalate issues.
Prepare reports for senior leaders and clients when needed.
Intercept carrier packages as needed.
Assist in training new clients on using the WMS.
Maintain the most current vendor compliance information, thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, and educate the client where applicable.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely fashion.
Research error resolution for inventory issues.
Handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts with clients while maintaining a cooperative working relationship and escalate when necessary.
Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to in a professional manner, providing the highest service to clients.
Review billing to identify issues and ensure accuracy.
Train and coordinate tasks with the Assistant Client Service Manager
Requirements
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Third Party Logistics experience a plus.
Self-motivated and detailed oriented.

Your Role on the Team
As a Maintenance Technician at Invitation Homes, you will be performing high-quality maintenance work in our single-family rental homes while providing outstanding customer service to our residents. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
Completing maintenance service requests across multiple trades
Providing excellent customer service and promoting a quality living experience for all residents
Completing regular ProCare visits in residents' homes to perform proactive maintenance and repairs
Educating residents regarding all maintenance topics
Completing general property condition assessments at all property visits and alerting the property management team when items require immediate attention

Performing repairs in vacant properties while they are on-the-market or during the turn process

Your Experience Includes
High School diploma or equivalent
OSHA 10 is required (new hires will have up to 90 days to complete OSHA 10 certification if not already certified).
Proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance, other building maintenance or related experience.
Understanding of residential construction and mechanical systems and ability to perform general repairs in some of the following: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural, HVAC (minor) and appliances. Some training will be provided.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills; multi-lingual a plus
Comfortability using mobile devices (i.e. iPad and/or iPhone) and various mobile applications
Must possess a current driver's license, automobile insurance, and any other licenses and/or certification as required by state law
The following certifications are preferred but not required:
EPA Certification, Type I and II
HVAC Certification

POSITION SUMMARY: A highly motivated and qualified Development Manager to provide leadership and coordination in the construction of multifamily / mixed-use projects, including all phases of project management from design conceptualization to construction build-out to resident occupancy.

Job Summary:
Our Roaming File Managers play a vital role in our new construction projects. Their primary role is to ensure that all final files are submitted to Compliance for review and approved within the established timeline. This process is necessary to achieve the 100% letter (confirming all occupied households are qualified under the LIHTC guidelines). These proactive professionals use leverage of their LIHTC knowledge and Compliance expertise to ensure Tax Credits are delivered on time for every property.
Travel: This is a 100% travel (overnight) position. All travel related expenses are covered by the company, JES Holdings, LLC. Relocation is not required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete files in a timely manner ensuring efficiency as well as accuracy.
Must be comfortable with traveling in this position. Typically company will have the Roaming File Manager assigned to a property for anywhere from 1 week to 2 months as required before being reassigned to the next lease up property. Travel would typically be within GA, MO, SC, and TX, as well as additional states new constructions come online.
Ensure that final files are completed within their specified time frames. Must ensure that all files are closed out within Windsor after receipt of 100% approval letter prior to reassignment.
Must be proactive and work well with others regardless of differences in management styles.
Work with Compliance Asset Manager to provide daily file updates.
On an as needed basis must be available to work on a lease up.
Maintain excellent client relations by working directly with site staff as needed.
Utilize critical thinking, and expertise in LIHTC to identify irregularities in the case documents and communicate those oddities/ concerns to supervisors.
Strong follow-up and multitasking skills required.
Adhere to defined procedures, guidelines, and performance standards.
Complete all required reporting forms/ expectations.

Job Description
The Lead Operating Engineer is responsible for the HVAC system and all mechanical equipment within the building. The position works very closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure that the building systems are functioning properly.
Primary Functions
Monitor the operating condition and control parameters of all HVAC and mechanical equipment.
Promote and maintain energy efficiency for building operations to include but not limited to electrical, water and gas consumption.
Supervise and monitor the chiller maintenance contractor, the emergency generator contractor and the water treatment contractor.
Participate in and supervise routine repair and emergency maintenance operations of HVAC and mechanical systems.
Perform unscheduled maintenance calls, including routine plumbing emergencies, minor equipment malfunctions, hot/cold calls, electrical and lighting repairs, and minor structural repairs (ceiling, ceramic / vinyl tile, floor, door, etc.)
Monitor all building equipment to ensure a comfortable building climate.
Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance and maintain records on all building equipment.
Responsible for changing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, filters, ballasts, etc.
Proactively conduct tours to look for deficiencies and coordinate/initiate repairs. (Such as stained ceiling tiles, slamming doors, broken restroom equipment, etc.)
Respond to emergency calls after hours on a rotating basis.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
Perform other duties as required.

Experience
Must have five years' experience in HVAC maintenance with an emphasis on preventive maintenance, centrifugal chiller operations, energy management, generator operation and troubleshooting techniques.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Construction, the Vice President of Construction - Owner's Representation is responsible for overseeing the development and construction management of client portfolios within T5 Construction. Portions of the client portfolios will be constructed with T5 as the general contractor and portions will be constructed by third party GC partners. The VP will play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and profitability. He or she will oversee project teams that are executing mission critical projects across the country.
Additionally, he or she will assist business development, preconstruction, and leadership to develop pitches, proposals, and other materials pertaining to pursuits. He or she will be tasked with developing lasting client relationships through excellence in execution throughout the construction lifecycle, creating lasting value that is transferable to other T5 business lines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight across construction management (Owner's Representation) and general contracting assignments from due diligence through closeout
Provide oversight across the delivery of ground-up, brownfield, and fitout data center builds ensuring alignment with project delivery schedules and stakeholder expectations and full accountability for T5 scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
Collaborate with construction leadership to align portfolio team with overall business goals.
Provide leadership and direction to construction management and general contracting teams.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction portfolio to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
Manage resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with HR and SVP to recruit, train, and develop construction staff.
