We are seeking a CDLA/ WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE to join our team in Roseville, MN! Our CDLA/Warehouse Associate performs an array of functions that include, but aren't limited to, loading and unloading shipments, vaulting and un-vaulting shipments, inventory control and other general warehouse duties.
Responsibilities for our CDLA/Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:
Assist with shipping, receiving, unloading and loading trucks;
Move trailers in and out of the docks;
Moving materials and items from storage areas to shipping designated areas;
Pad wrapping and paper pad wrapping furniture;
Vaulting and un-vaulting shipments;
Use the warehouse locator system using Asset Controls windfall program for commercial and residential goods;
Ensure good housekeeping and clean up including the parking lot grounds;
Other duties assigned by management.
The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred);
CDL Class A License (or able and willing to get a CDL Class A License) (required);
1-year warehouse experience (required) (Moving & Storage experience is highly preferred);
Forklift certification is a mandatory expectation of this position. Existing certification is preferred, but the company will train if the desired candidates does not possess;
Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Experience in the safe operation of forklifts, reach trucks, pallet pickers, and other material handling equipment;
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, stressful environment;
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen;
Dedication to providing each customer with a positive, memorable experience
Physical Requirements for our Warehouse Associate include:
Stand, walk on non-forgiving surfaces such as concrete, wood, metal (to include fiberglass ramps placed on 30-degree angle);
Use of finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms;
Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, crawl and climb stairs;
Occasionally lift, push, pull and/or move up to 75 pounds without mechanical aid;
Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus and accurately read written and computer generated information in English;
Ability to work in extreme weather environments (both a climate-controlled warehouse and outdoors in all-weather environments and conditions)

Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Display Installation & Design Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the structural designers in the development of package and display design concepts for customers. Responsible for delivery and display set up and working with team members to meet the customer needs.
Partial Position Summary
Work with Structural Designer to coordinate design concepts and fabricate samples of design concepts; i.e. containers, interior packaging, and displays. This includes interfacing with the prepress team on creation of artwork for mockups.
Work with Structural Designer to learn and maintain an average to above average level of knowledge with Artios Software.
Complete structural projects, as assigned, on-time and accurately, demonstrating the ability to work independently and seek assistance from structural design staff as needed.
Responsible to ensure store sets and/or Plan-O-Gram (POG) sets are complete, accurate and timely. Works closely with Design to assure clear understanding for POG sets.
Interfaces as needed with customer to assist with requests in a professional manner.
Drive company provided an/or personal vehicle.
Maintains vehicle log according to state and federal regulations.
Inspects Van and equipment for irregularities and supplies such as tires, brakes, gas, oil, water etc. Documents and reports any service, repair or defects.
Ensures effective and timely load and delivery routing utilizing knowledge of Twin Cities metropolitan area.
Loads and unloads materials onto or from van, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
Assists in maintaining clean and orderly staging area, finished goods area, and warehouse.
Assists in managing all Project Set-up Forms (PSF's) for accuracy and communicates to Customer and internal teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High school diploma or GED.
Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both oral and written format.

Position Summary
Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Sr. Structural Designer is responsible for providing development of package and display design concepts to assigned accounts, markets and/or projects. Fabricate final samples of design concepts for approval and write specifications for cost estimates and Production. Act as a resource to sales and other internal teams to enhance the ability of the company to present the concepts to the market.
All job responsibilities are to be performed in strict adherence with the Company's Mission/Values Statement and in accordance with established standards for external customers as well as internal customers.

Position Summary
Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Machine Operator I is responsible for performing repetitive assembly operations of a short to medium cycle duration on a variety of products, subassemblies or components that require some adjusting, fitting or aligning. This position will function as a general helper, utilizing Level One handfed, semi-automatic machines with a minimal amount of automation. The scope of machine operations (Level One) for this position includes Brause slitter, slotter, band saw, taper/gluer, and baler/shredder. This position will perform physical and manual labor of a general character and simple nature requiring no special training, judgment or skill and will assist Machine Operators II and III on any other equipment.

Commercial Truck & Trailer Repair is seeking an experienced SHOP SUPERVISOR. Our Shop Supervisor will serve as point of contact between customers and mechanics. This individual will handle all intake, delegation, transaction processing and closing of service.
Responsibilities for our Shop Supervisor include but are not limited to:
Proficiency in vehicle and equipment repair and diagnosis to efficiently communicate with customers regarding repairs;
Create and provide estimates as requested. Ensures proper completion of incoming requests including obtaining initial Purchase Orders (PO's) and update Repair Orders (RO's) with necessary level of descriptions;
Maintain level of contact with each repair in the shop. Delegate work to appropriate mechanics;
Ensures that paperwork is completed correctly;
Understands the warranty parameters on service(s);
Fully understands and enforces all purchasing programs;
Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards
Qualifications to apply for this role are:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required);
5 years of previous automotive environment exposure. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred;
Proficient in vehicle and equipment diagnosis and repair;
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Must have excellent phone and customer service skills;
Able to lift, push, carry, pull 50 lbs;
Capable to endure long periods of walking or standing;
Must be able to pass the MVR, DOT physical, drug test and background check
Please note this position may be asked to work during either Swing or Second shift working as needed based on available staffing.
