Assists in the development of cost-effective vehicle specifications that provide efficient vehicle operation, lower operating costs, provide a competitive advantage and provide maximum up-time. Simplify procedures and lessen administrative burden. Serves as an integral part of the management team in assuring coordination of efforts between and among departments to provide quality service to customers and attain the company's goals. Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchases. Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
