Provides professional care to all patients needing their services by producing high-quality Radiographs (chest, upper and lower extremities, Spine, AP/PA, Lateral and lateral flexion/extension, AP/Lateral Shoulder, AP Clavicle, AP Scapula, AP/PA Pelvis, Skull/Sinus AP/PA, Lateral, Townes, Caldwell, & Waters) under the direction of a Radiologist and Radiology Technologist. Maintains steady flow, to facilitate efficient workflow. Assist radiology technologists during portable exams and fluoroscopy procedures. Performs clerical duties including answering the phone and entering information into the computer. Transports patients to and from the imaging suite. Continuous light housekeeping duties, stock supplies, and linen.
Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of diagnostic procedures, some of a more complex nature, utilizing state-of-the-art computerized imaging equipment in more than one (1) modality.

Interacts appropriately with patients and all care providers by coordinating and prioritizing procedures during the workday to maintain a high level of patient care and continuity.
Possesses the ability and willingness to rotate within departments and clinics for proper coverage as needed or assigned.
Upon completion of procedures, program the computer to ensure completion of the exam and that all scan data is correctly stored in PACS.
Ensures exam rooms are neat, clean, and adequately stocked before exams are performed and acts to ensure compliance with Infection Control standards.
Coordinates and prioritizes procedures during the workday to maintain a high level of patient care and continuity.
Ensures all charges are correctly coded and entered in the billing system.
Performs all duties in a manner that protects the confidentiality of patients and does not solicit or disclose any confidential information unless necessary in the performance of assigned job duties.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Adapt assigned patient assessment, treatment, and/or care methods to accommodate the unique physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, age-specific, and other developmental needs of each patient served.

Position Summary: Under TERROS Health's policies and professional requirements, participates as a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a General Mental Health (GMH) or Substance Use (SU) diagnosis, and/or a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health (GMH) diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment (COT). Position Summary: Under TERROS Health's policies and professional requirements, participates as a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a General Mental Health (GMH) or Substance Use (SU) diagnosis, and/or a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health (GMH) diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment (COT). Assists patients with identifying treatment and recovery goals and provides supportive services to help patients reach their goals. Supports goal treatment methodologies, tracking and documenting progress. Embraces the recovery philosophy and promotes a safe recovery environment for patients. Collaborates and coordinates with all involved, including health care, behavioral health, wellness providers, and medical providers. Maintains current documentation on patient's progress in managing chronic medical and psychiatric conditions, as well as documentation of all outreach efforts in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. Works under the direct supervision of assigned site leadership 27th Ave will be the Clinical Site Manager or designee and at the Recovery Centers the Clinical Coordinator or designee.
The BHT Apprentice will learn valuable hands-on experience working in integrated clinics. The apprentices are expected to have excellent communication and customer services skills. Be self-starters and able to stay organized in a fast-paced health care environment.
Essential Duties
Working with persons with GMH/SU diagnosis, or SMI/COT designation who are in need of resources and community involvement.
Assess the service needs of each individual, update treatment plans, track case management services and supports, and coordinate care with all entities involved.
Provides excellent customer service to patients, internal and external provider agencies, state entities, or other stakeholders (e.g., probation officers, advocates, family members, hospital staff, jail staff, vocational rehabilitation, etc.) as needed.
Promote patient's educational growth and personal development
Attend and participate in clinical staffing, case conferences, or other meetings with or without patient or patient's natural and formal support participation.

High School Diploma or GED
Must be a Student at Jamestown University
Customer service skills, especially good communication skills, are needed.
Ability to work independently, with flexibility, and within prescribed deadlines.
Basic computer skills.
Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.

Non-Exempt Salary Details:
The annualized base salary range for this role is $27.00 to $29.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
