Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance * US Citizenship * Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or business * An Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree. * 10 years of Acquisition logistics experience or similar/related experience. * 10 years of experience supporting NAVSEA clients or similar/related experience. * Understanding of Acquisition Logistics ILS elements * Experience working relevant program policy and governance for military or government to include standard operating procedure documentation and process mapping * Expertise in MS Suite of applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PPT, etc.) * Extensive experience in developing project plans, acquisition plans / documentation, schedules, budgets, Life cycle sustainment documentation and status reporting to meet contractual requirements for a large portion of a program * Experience developing approaches for improving program planning, control, and execution * Experience in integration of weapon systems and equipment on ships. * Ability to travel 10% of the time. The candidate will be performing all facets of the Bering Straits East Coast model to include quality control management, submittal tracking, daily reporting, communicating deficiencies to the customer, running multiple sites simultaneously, and other various tasks as assigned.
