Responsibilities
The Vulnerability Management Application Security Lead works within Berkley's Information Security team, interacting directly with stakeholders to address issues related to remediation of vulnerability scanning and assessment. The Vulnerability Management Analyst's support activities are focused on helping key stakeholders understand their vulnerability results, providing guidance on the remediation of failing threats, and evaluating false positives.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain & Transportation Management/Order Fulfillment:
Ensure successful completion of dealer orders from order placement to order fulfillment, monitor and regular reporting for on time, accuracy and order fulfillment speed.
Plan, manage, and optimize the transportation of eBikes, batteries, and components and final destinations and ensuring the on time delivery.
Support in the Selection, negotiation, and help manage freight forwarders, 3PLs, and carriers for ocean, air, and ground transport. -
Develop strategies to minimize transit time, costs, and environmental impact.
Import/Export & Compliance:
Oversee import/export documentation and customs compliance across North America- including US, CAN, MX and South America.

Responsibilities
The Director, Identity & Access Management is responsible for leading the architecture, design, development, and ongoing support of Berkley's identity environments. The position will interact directly with the other shared services teams, applications teams, and business units to meet project goals. The position is also responsible for managing the staff responsible for all aspects of Identity, design, and implementation. The position will collaborate with the IT Security team on initiatives to drive compliance and security for Berkley's environment.
• Responsible for the implementation and operations of Identity and Access Management solutions.

Qualifications
• Ability to take business problems, existing processes and technology and translate these into service and process requirements.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience with management approaches, tools, and techniques for gaining the cooperation and support of others.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with utilizing, configuring, and installing software for connecting distributed-software and services across heterogeneous platforms.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience within a total Information Technology (IT) environment.

IAM design, administration, and support for a minimum of 5 years.
