Pros of working at Berkshire Associates

Good collaboration across departments, attention to COVID safety at that time, snacks and breakfast food

Cons of working at Berkshire Associates

Management has recently siloed departments, added bureaucracy, and staff turnover has increased. Purchased by another company so concern about the future. Management is no longer in it for passion of the work.
