Purpose/Objective:
Under the direction of the VP, Wealth Management Operations, provides confidential operational support to a growing Wealth Management Department. This individual will assist the Wealth Management team in providing back-office support to our internal and external clients. Timely and accurate processing of cash transactions and account maintenance is core to this role. Individual is expected to adhere to internal controls and to escalate issues when appropriate.
Key Accountabilities:
Provides support to clients and co-workers in processing cash disbursements from customer accounts, including paying client bills, deposits/payments to various banks; processes incoming/outgoing wire transfers. Individual will be responsible for processing incoming/outgoing wire and ACH transfers. Verifies sufficient liquidity in client accounts to cover disbursements.
Assists Wealth Advisors by maintaining existing accounts on our accounting platform, retaining appropriate support in electronic records, and maintaining various databases. Individual will perform duties associated with opening or closing accounts including, but not limited to, establishing fees or assessing final fees, adding or removing ticklers, establishing fields or removing account(s) from system.
Supports clients with setting up online access and addressing access issues.
Handles customer inquiries in a timely and professional manor. Ensure inquiries are resolved to meet client expectations.
Provide operational support services for the Berkshire cash sweep program. Monitors and tracks opt outs, disclosures, and interest rate changes for the cash sweep program. Handles customer inquiries pertaining to the cash sweep program and resolves issues as needed.
Assists management with departmental compliance issues, projects, and assignments. Serve as a backup and support to other areas of the wealth operations.
Performs other duties as necessary to ensure customer service excellence and smooth operations of the department.
Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
College degree a plus
Experience:
3+ years' administrative support, preferably in financial service industry
Basic accounting experience
Skills & Knowledge:
Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, with some ability to leverage formulas, templates, and data tools to improve efficiency

Position Description:
TCB s Home Room Initiative will address the needs of residents facing chronic housing instability across two states and set them on a path to lasting housing and financial stability through a two-part approach, 1) Construction: increasing the supply of permanent supportive housing units, and 2) Wealth and Housing: place-based financial and wraparound services through the Community Life. Reporting to the Community Life Senior, the FPC will focus on financial assistance, resident outreach and recruitment into this project s various financial mobility programs including but not limited to rent reporting for credit building, home buying, financial counseling and coaching, and Family Self Sufficiency (FSS). The FPC will be able to articulate the various financial programs to residents, as well as provide resources and connections to financial partners and provide support to residents to access and register for these various financial programs. This is a 1+ year funded position which will be extended based on new funding.
Essential Functions:
Use Family-Centered coaching to increase residents motivation to participate in financial counseling and coaching programs.
Build relationships with residents to better understand their needs and aspirations and connect them with the local resources and opportunities.
Work with eligible FSS program residents to enroll, complete resident surveys, COPs, and the individual training and services plans that are associated with the program.
Use various forms of marketing and outreach to meet the various financial program enrollments and participation goals.
Ability to clearly articulate the various financial programs including aiding residents in accessing and registering for them.
Help coordinate meetings, space, events, workshops, trainings, etc. relevant to the financial programs.
Weekly enter data into CL Connect to document services provided to residents and outcomes achieved.
Attend training and continue education opportunities related to the financial programs and others offered by the Community Life or partners.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.

Position Description
Under the direction of the Service Maintenance Manager, the Service Maintenance Technician I is responsible for the completion of general maintenance and janitorial tasks which help to preserve the property and provides a quality living environment for the residents. This role has primary accountability for the overall cleanliness, physical appearance and presentation of the community, while maintaining a positive, productive relationship with the other team members and with residents. The Service Maintenance Technician I will provide basic support to the maintenance team in carpentry, plumbing repairs, and apartment turnover preparation.
Responsibilities
Provide basic support to repair appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, as well as basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
Respond and complete to all service requests and on-call emergencies in a timely and professional manner, as directed by the Community Manager or Service Manager
Assist in preventive maintenance tasks for building systems, equipment and components.
Prepare and perform repairs to vacant apartments to be ready for new resident move-ins
Maintain grounds and common spaces through cleaning, trash management, landscaping, and snow removal.
Assist in REAC/HQS inspections and agency audits
Maintain Maintenance shop and inventory to company standards and work with a safety mindset including wearing appropriate PPE
Available for weekend work, on-call rotation and emergency service call duties.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English, bilingual skills a plus!
Basic skills with computer and hand held devices
Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing Laws & Guidelines a plus.
