CertifiedNursingAssistant (CNA) will be responsible for performing a variety of care practices including:
Responding to call bells to assist residents
Helping residents with grooming and hygiene
Assistance with food trays and feeding
Assists with movement to wheelchair or activity areas
Provides direct and indirect resident care services
Conforms with the HIPAA Compliance Program and applicable facility polices for patient privacy.
Qualifications:
Currently certified by the New York State Department of Health (new grads encouraged to apply)
Must be able to lift residents (minimum 50 pounds) and turn and position numerous times throughout the day.
Must have the ability to transfer a resident from sitting to standing position and vice versa.
Must have the ability to climb stairs, bend, maneuver equipment and push small carts.

The Community Assistant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Property Leasing and Administration
Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
Conducts all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and all necessary follow-up needed.
Completes all leasing paperwork needed prior to move-in

Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition as well as market conditions; complete weekly market survey report.
Customer & Resident Relations
Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness

Enforce policies of the community that immediate supervisor delegates
Education/experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Property Leasing and Administration
Regular/daily onsite attendance is required

General Working Conditions
This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. Assist with transporting residents and preparing them for treatments or procedures

Qualifications:

CPR certification preferred
