Ellen R. Alemany is chairwoman and chief executive officer of CIT Group and chairwoman and CEO of CIT Bank, N.A., the company’s bank subsidiary. James Patrick Gorman

Mr. Gorman is Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Gorman became CEO in January 2010 and Chairman in January 2012. He joined the Firm in February 2006 and was named Co-President in December 2007. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Gorman held a succession of executive positions at Merrill Lynch. Prior to this, he was a senior partner of McKinsey & Co. and began his career as an attorney in Melbourne, Australia. Scott C. Nuttall (New York) is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of KKR. He joined KKR in 1996. Most recently, he was the head of KKR’s Global Capital and Asset Management Group, where he was responsible for overseeing KKR’s Public Markets & Distribution businesses, which includes Credit, Capital Markets, Hedge Funds and our Client & Partner Group.
