Successful candidates will have: A degree from an accredited college or university related to real estate, planning, finance, public administration, or another relevant field. At least five years of experience leading complex public housing or multi-family development projects (a Master's degree may substitute for one year). Direct experience managing multi-million-dollar real estate transactions. Strong leadership presence and the ability to navigate high-level issues with executive stakeholders. Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build underwriting models and support full development cycles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). A valid Connecticut driver's license. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and lead collaboratively in a mission-driven environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $87,000-$114,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
