This role is charting the customer to the supply chain through the creation and sustainment of lean based supply chain techniques and programs. Additionally, this role works cross functional with Sales and Operations to ensure that the supply planning processes are executed to meet customer needs while cost/service tradeoffs options are considered to drive continual business improvement and control. What you'll do: Optimize inventory stocking levels and location to most effectively service customer demand and reduce freight costs. Lead the Supply/Demand balancing portion of the SIOP process. Balance MRP requirements with plant capacity to best service responsible businesses. Manage consignments to agent warehouses and Regional Distribution Centers.
