Overview
The HSE Specialist Sr. is responsible for assisting in the overall supervision and administration of project safety to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. This role will also coordinate project safety efforts to prevent accidents and injuries while communicating details of project safety conditions to the HSE Manager, HSE Director, and various levels of project supervision.
Responsibilities
Participates in developing and conducting field safety orientation training.
Daily inspection of machinery, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safe work practices.
Observes workers to determine appropriate use of prescribed safety equipment, such as glasses, helmets, goggles, respirators, and clothing.
Inspection of specified areas for fire-prevention equipment, first-aid supplies, and other safety devices.
Tests working areas for hazard exposures (noise, toxic, etc.) using associated testing equipment.
Prepares daily report of findings with recommendations for corrective action.
Investigation of accidents per program procedures to establish root cause for use in recommending preventive safety measures.
Documents all accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions or behavior.
Assisting in development of standardized job safety analysis (JSA), corporate safety and health management program (SHMP), as well as project specific safety plans (PSSP). Conduct weekly safety meetings with workers to instruct them on Company/project safety practices and requirements.
Demonstrates use of equipment and conducts safety training.
Qualifications

7+ years of construction experience.
3 year of experience as an on-site safety person.
OSHA 30hr card for the Construction Industry.
One of the following Certifications: CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, IOSH, STS-C, or Bachelor's degree or higher in EHS discipline or EHS related field.
Completed First Aid, CPR, and AED training.
Specialized training relevant to scope of work.
Working knowledge of safety regulations and hazard control methods.
Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.

Overview
The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating any or all required construction equipment in the installation, removal or maintenance of underground systems on commercial projects. Installing and repairing all phases of plumbing systems; potable water, sanitary water and vent, natural gas and storm drainage systems in accordance with local and state plumbing and building codes.

Overview
The Data Center Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project and is responsible for managing the project costs, field labor, and subcontractors, while also ensuring a safe on-time completion that is under budget.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include:
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning with job hazard analysis reviews and approvals, on-site tool box talks, and conducting site walks with the project team. Responsible for execution of the project throughout its life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements.
• Responsible for conducting and documenting operational project meetings (Hand-Off Meeting, Kick-Off Meeting, etc.) with appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements in alignment with project estimates.
• Evaluate submittals to ensure they reflect the contract drawings, specifications.
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control with appropriate personnel to meet company and project requirements.
• Responsible for managing the coordination of project's scope through the Building Information Management Department with assistance from the appropriate quality control personnel and project supervision.
• Perform the financial set up of the project including equipment, labor, materials, other direct job costs, and subcontracts for leadership approval.
• Conduct monthly project cost reviews, capturing any deviations from the financial setup or schedule early while keeping all project team members and leadership informed to aid in beating project schedule and budgetary goals.
• Manage the project's Accounts Receivables by developing the pay applications schedule of value to ensure timely and accurate billings and collection of our payments to maintain a positive cash position.
• Manage the project's Accounts Payables by working with the Accounting and Legal Departments to ensure that subcontractors and vendors are paid in a timely fashion and all risks associated with payments are mitigated.
• Responsible for obtaining and coordinating appropriate lien waivers, state notifications, tax documentation, and permits for the project.
• Responsible for ensuring the project's budget and scope are always aligned through the change management process.
• Daily project requirements include but not limited to: attend jobsites meetings, schedule deliveries, perform project site documentation, review jobsite labor reports with supervision, tool/equipment rental requisition, coordinate job progress, material and consumables requisitions, preparation and tracking of request for information, assist supervision with permitting and inspections, approve vendor/sub invoices, status reports, monthly billings and collections.
• Build and maintain strong relations with internal team members, the customer, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor status of Risk Management items, including Notices to Proceed, contract agreement (including change orders), insurance policies, and bonds.
• Responsible for close-out documents including operations and maintenance manuals, equipment start-up documents, as-built requirements, warranty letters, and Owner-training items.
• Responsible for managing all warranty work falling within contractual obligations if applicable.
• Coordinates the start-up and commissioning processes with the project team members, subcontractors, the customer, and any other external party involved to ensure compliance in a timely manner.

The Expediter is responsible for assisting the jobsite team in increasing production level by thorough organization and planning of materials and supplies.
Responsibilities
Fills fuel cans for job and fuel jobsite equipment.
Delivery of water coolers.
Cleans water coolers thoroughly and ensures the date is displayed on the outside.
Checks with the Superintendent to schedule delivery of tool and equipment material.
Checks delivery of material for discrepancies and notify the PM and or the superintendent.
Confers with Superintendent to determine overdue material and parts and to inform Superintendent of material status including backorder items.
Examines materials received, verify materials, and check for discrepancies between the delivery ticket and the Tool and Material order form. Check for damaged or unmarked parts.
Compares work ticket specifications to materials used at work stations to verify appropriate assignment.
Tags all material going out to the field with Area, Name and Date.
Tags all material not being used as assigned to a Storage Area at the yard to be delivered at a later date and notify the foreman.

Keeps up with empty oxygen and acetylene bottles and schedules bottle refills with the Superintendent or Project Manager.

Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment such as atmospheric boiler, water-cooled chiller.
Performs energy recovery ventilator service, hydronic AHU & FCU service and repair.
Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
Promotes and performs all aspects of company safety procedures and policies.
Qualifications
Maintenance experience with chillers, boilers, pumps, AHU's and other equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot, possessing mechanical and diagnostic skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company s competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
Current Licensed Technician or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
Holds an EPA Certification.
OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification.
Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.
Climbing stairs.
Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

Overview
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with managing the project life cycle process on assigned projects. The APM will assist in obtaining project pricing, budgeting, estimating, detailing, management of subcontractors/vendors, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings, incident investigations, and maintaining employee involvement.
Responsible for assisting project managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle.
Work with the Project Manager to ensure proper planning and management of the installation of HVAC and plumbing to ensure that the installation meets code and project requirements and is brought in on time and under budget.
Participate in operation, corporate, and departmental meetings, as required to successfully execute the project and/or departmental goals.
Assist the Project Manager in preparations of vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings to reflect contract drawings, specifications, and estimates.
Actively participate in monthly reports and cost reviews, capturing deviations from plan or schedule. Working with the project team in order to bring the project in on time and under budget.
Assist the Project Manager as needed with estimating change orders, project documentation, and project close-out, including commissioning requirements.
Responsible for actively participating with the project team on all facets of the project life cycle to ensure project goals are met; while developing a skillset to progress one's career in the mechanical industry.
Qualifications Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
0-2 years' experience in the industry.
Thorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of the industry and the Company's competitors.
Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in processing submittals.
Experience in heavy commercial construction.
Hands-on experience in craft supervision and labor coordination.
Travel Requirements
40-60% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
