About the Role:
As a Maintenance Storeroom Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting the Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams at our Princeton, KY facility - a manufacturer of high-quality private label crackers.
This position is responsible for managing the plant's maintenance storeroom operations to ensure materials, tools, and spare parts are properly stocked, organized, and readily available. You'll help keep production running efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting preventive maintenance, and ensuring timely part availability across the plant.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording all incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
Issuing and documenting maintenance parts through SAP or other computerized maintenance systems.
Creating and processing purchase requisitions for stock replenishment and new part needs.

About the Role:

As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering an engaging and empowering work environment at our Princeton, KY, facility, a manufacturer of quality crackers. In this role, you will support essential employee relations, partner with HR and Operations leadership on recruitment and onboarding, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

Job Description:
About the Role:
As the site Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will oversee the Quality Assurance (QA) team and programs for the Princeton, KY, site, a manufacturer of quality crackers. This role upholds product quality, food safety, and sanitation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
* Supervise and develop the Quality Assurance team and ensure scheduling needs are met. Provides leadership and technical assistance to help resolve quality related problems.
* Oversee, implement, and maintain QA programs, including Formula Control, Allergen Control, Non-Conforming Products, Recalls, Food Safety Plans, and pest control systems.
* Conduct GMP and sanitation audits and summarize technical data to identify trends and corrective actions as well as, support quality systems and initiatives such as SPC, SQF, and continuous improvement processes.
* Lead efforts to resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints, product holds, and incidents.
* Maintain and oversee food safety regulatory programs to meet requirements
* Provide quality and food safety training for employees at all levels.

* This is a full-time, on-site role on second and third shift. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts.

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

This position is also required to complete various log sheets, maintain (upkeep) of equipment while in possession.
This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid or dusty conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing, turning, pulling, twisting, and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis.
