Pros of working at Berry Petroleum Company

Enjoyed working for Berry everyone was kind and upbeat. Management strive to help the employees work towards their work goals.I learned the most with this company, I started out as a receptionist, then accounting then to production, and there I was helped to work towards a management goal. The work place was very organized and employees were very helpful. The hardest part about the job was remembering every ones names. The most enjoyable part of my job was learning new things and having the opportunities to excel in my goals. Also meeting new people as they would bring in invoices.

Cons of working at Berry Petroleum Company

Would work outside building concrete platforms for oil Derek i liked working in the element outside hot or cold wild life and oil getting dirty and yes it was a dirty job.long hours time away from family .
