Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is: To verify property occupancy. To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant. We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors. Responsibilities Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned. Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards. Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge is a non-profit facility dedicated to rescuing abused, abandoned and unwanted big cats and bears. The refuge is located in NW Arkansas and is seeking a full-time, 6 months Education Intern. The Education Intern will research, develop, and present educational programming to the public and school/special groups following the National Association for Interpretation guidelines.
