What does this job do specifically?
When the kids are awake you would:
Document daily activities and happenings in the living unit within Everstand's electronic health record system
Accurately administer medication according to physician and/or nurse's orders. Document the medication administration record (MAR). [All of Everstand's PA staff get certified as medication distribution technicians.]
Help implement each child's treatment plan (every child at Everstand has one - it's a list of goals they're working on while they're at Everstand).
Coach kids on cleanliness and orderliness in their personal hygiene, living unit and the surrounding campus.
Link the kids to the medical team if they need anything.
Support the kids getting ready for school (off grounds).
Provides safe transportation (in Everstand vehicles) to scheduled appointments.
Conduct inventories for resident belongings upon admission, discharge, and on a quarterly basis. They are all growing teens - you'll help them purchase new clothing once per quarter.
Engage the kids in whatever is on the living unit's schedule. Play games, facilitate getting calls or video visits set up with their families or other stakeholders, etc.
Ensure the kids are dressed in weather and activity-appropriate clothing. Generally, during your shift, you'll always spend a little time outside (weather permitting), like throwing a football around or taking a therapeutic walk around campus.
Prepare and enjoy meals together as a living unit. Sometimes you'll pick up meals already prepared from the dining hall (on grounds), other times the living unit will cook together.
While the kids are asleep you would:
Complete bed checks for every resident every fifteen minutes.
Finish any laundry and cleaning tasks to get ready for the next day.

What you'll do in your role?
Learn and build proficiency in customer service, while concurrently providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty by:
* Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
* Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
* Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories to up and coming Internet of Things (IOT) devices.
* Guide your customers through their purchasing experience thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.
* Assist Retail Store Manager is daily operations and coaching.
Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate:
* How our ever-expanding coverage stacks up in our customer's neighborhood, providing them with a lightning fast LTE network!
* Why plans and services will let our customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
* How we're redefining how wireless is done, down to device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting.
Complete training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service to:
* Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run-around-free environment.
* Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
* Develop strong peer relationships where we are all accountable for the company's success.

The Clinical Exercise Physiologist demonstrates advanced knowledge pertaining to the design, evaluation and standards of exercise programs for patients who qualify or are undergoing cardiac rehabilitation. The Clinical Exercise Physiologist functions as an essential member of a multidisciplinary team by directing, coordinating and providing special expertise to staff, patients and families participating in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. The Clinical Exercise Physiologist participates in the implementation of policy, programmatic and management goals. The Clinical Exercise Physiologist is responsible for the day-to-day planning and conducting of specific exercise and lifestyle management assessment and intervention for individuals participating in the Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality standards, programs, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Plans, conducts and demonstrates specific exercise and lifestyle assessment and interventions including nutrition, weight control, lipid management, blood pressure management, stress management, and smoking cessation.
Designs and implements individualized goal-oriented exercise prescription for cardiac rehabilitation clients.
Conducts new patient interviews which include but not limited to medical history, functional status, short and long-term goals, nutritional assessment, and emotional status.
Provides patient education as it applies to cardiovascular disease risk factor modification.
Designs individualized treatment plans for clients entering cardiac rehab and provides 30-day updates to the referring physician and/ or Cardiac Rehabilitation Medical Director.
Assists with ECG monitoring and rhythm interpretation.
Participates in training medical and nursing personnel and allied health student interns.
Meets scheduled needs and deadlines, promotes dependability and demonstrates flexibility with schedule.
Assists with precepting/internship for other educational programs.
Assists with unit projects.
Assists with ongoing clinical research.
Education
Bachelor's degree in exercise science or related field of study is required.
Master's degree in exercise science or related field of study is preferred.
Experience
Proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition is required.
Prior clinical experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation is required.
Certification & Licensure
ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEPT), or AACVPR Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist is required within six months of hire.
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider' (HCP) - AHA approved is required. New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.
ACLS is preferred.
Qualifications
Must have strong assessment skills and be able to make independent decisions based upon patient assessment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with patients, employees, members of the medical staff, local business leaders and the community.
