Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of related experience in Ride Operations preferred. IRT Certified Instructor license preferred. Ability to plan, organize and direct managerial staff. Must be able to apply supervisory and managerial concepts and principles; knowledge of administrative principles involved in developing, directing and supervising various programs and related activities. Excellent communication skills required to interact with park management, subordinates, guests, vendors, etc. to maintain effective relationships. Ability to make sound, educated decisions.
