The Maintenance Operator, working under direct supervision, is responsible for maintaining equipment on oil and gas facilities, and repairing or replacing equipment as needed. * Repairs or replaces well site equipment per environmental compliance and well site control on pneumatic equipment, and maintains regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance in conjunction with and through close coordination with the Maintenance Planners, Operations Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, and Environmental Health and Safety Department.
* Works under direct supervision to assist in routine departmental tasks, prioritizing projects, monitoring costs, implementing SOPs, and providing technical training to optimize results.
* Collaborates with the Maintenance Planner to streamline cycle times, identify steps during the pre-job planning process, and ensure timely closure of work orders.
* Maintains positive relationship with local, state, and federal representatives, and land owners and secures and maintains all company equipment, including but not limited to computers, vehicles, and analysis or test equipment.
* Recognizes, analyzes, and resolves routine problems, taking corrective action in emergency and non-emergency situations, contributing to operational efficiency and safety.
* Possesses the right and obligation to stop work in unsafe conditions, contributing to a safe and secure working environment for all personnel. Provides field wide contact with all personnel in the event of emergency or other significant occurrences.
* Assists in adhering to and promoting safety protocols and procedures and conducting work in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Trains newly hired and/or less experienced maintenance operators and maintains batteries, wells, and plants to facilitate efficient production operations.
* Assists in implementing quality control measures to ensure that maintenance activities meet established standards.
* Participates in job planning, cost tracking, and reporting of job expenses to ensure accurate and efficient maintenance operations.
* Ensures work orders are executed promptly and safely, followed by accurate closure and verification.
Education:
* High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education is required.
Experience:
* 0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Control, Design, and Operations of Oil & Gas Facilities and Lease Operations with Maintenance Responsibilities or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.

Principal Accountabilities
Inbound duties:

Salary Range $18.71 - $20.30 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

* Identifies potential problems with company procedures written to comply with state and federal regulations and department technical policies and practices. * Develops, supports and enforces the department technical policies and procedures that are used to maintain and operate the pipeline systems. Key Responsibilities:move product from the palletizer and within the warehouse to trailers and various other warehouse locations
Load trailers according to loading specifications and in a manner which delivers product on time (arrives when originally expected) and complete (accurate by item and damage free) as measured by our customers and other receiving destinations.
Receive, unload, inspect and correctly warehouse all in-bound shipments (finished goods and materials) using safe procedures while maintaining the quality of all products and using accurate inventory management procedures.
Conduct trailer inspections prior to loading trailers for product shipment and after unloading inbound trailers.
Operate forklift and highlift equipment to move product from the palletizer and within the warehouse to trailers and various other warehouse locations and operate in a manner maintaining required sanitation levels. Repair and recoup damaged goods as accidentally created during product movement and as required. Follow FIFO principles for finished products.
Perform accurate inventory transactions into warehousing systems. Tag pallets from the palletizer and record production, organize warehouse and all warehouse supplies and materials, supply materials to packaging lines, supply and service palletizer equipment.
Accurately pick all products for mixed pallets, properly palletize and stretch wrap finished skid.
Report or take appropriate action when quality checks do not meet set specifications.
Improve operations through individual and group problem solving. Provide leadership in solving problems that disrupts the daily production goals.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment that promotes associate safety and product integrity.

Position Summary:
The Supervisor - Operations is responsible for leading a team of operations personnel (Pipeline Techs, Mechanics, I&E Techs, Corrosion, etc.) near support operations, technical, and maintenance activities and support project management activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Under minimal supervision, performs tasks required for efficient operation of all functions in natural gas compressor station, including reciprocating and electrical horsepower, reciprocating compressors and other functions, systems, and
equipment.
* Responsible for ensuring proper flow, temperatures, pressures, and levels.
* Recognize operating deviations and take appropriate corrective action.
* Operate compressor station using a PLC control system
* Recognize equipment abnormalities.
* Communicate with maintenance regarding significant repairs.
* Responsible for recording: parameter values, completion of operating reports, notification of environmental deviations, and equipment lockout/tag-out for maintenance and repair.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

The Certified Medication Aide is a certified nurse assistant who has successfully completed a training program approved by the State of Oklahoma for medication administration, has an acceptable score on the written and clinical examinations and has received certification as Medication Aide. The facility is committed to providing care that recognizes each resident's emotional, physical and spiritual needs beyond the traditional nursing procedures and protocols. The Certified Medication Aide reports to the Staff Nurse.
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Staff Nurse, The Certified Medication Aide administers medications as prescribed by the resident's physician and documents the administration, the medication effectiveness and any noted adverse actions or side effects of the medications in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the facility, current standards of practice and care and applicable state/federal regulations.
Physical Requirements:
This job requires excellent physical and mental health. The CMA must possess manual dexterity to handle delicate instruments and other equipment and the ability to observe and report changes in a resident's clinical condition to the Staff Nurse. The CMA must be able to obtain and record the resident's temperature, pulse, respiration rate and blood pressure. The CMA must be able to lift, stoop, carry, turn, and assist high-risk residents, push medication carts and be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule. Must be able to lift, push, and carry 40 pounds with 2 hands. Must also be able to lift, push, and carry 20 pounds with 1 hand.
The CMA must be able to sit, stand, bend and move frequently during work hours.
Qualifications/Education:
This employee must have successfully completed course work and examinations to obtain certification as both Certified Nurse Assistant and Certified Medication Aide. The CMA must obtain continuing education credits as required by the state to maintain certification as a CMA and must provide evidence of continued certification to the facility in a timely and accurate manner. Candidate must demonstrate a moderate level of computer literacy in order to use and access our systems and tools within our facilities to complete online tasks and documentation. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact professionally with staff and residents.
Job Knowledge
The CMA must possess knowledge of safe medication administration technique and demonstrate this knowledge with a medication error rate of 5% or below. The CMA must familiarize him/herself with the facility's policies and procedures and demonstrate this knowledge during the performance of their duties. The CMA must recognize complications, adverse actions or side effects of medications and obtain input from the Staff Nurse as indicated to ensure the optimum health and safety of the resident. The CMA must understand and practice resident confidentiality.

Understands and agrees with the facility philosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each resident's quality of care and quality of life.
Administers and accurately records the administration of medications for residents as prescribed by the physician in accordance with established policies and procedures of the facility and applicable state/federal regulations.
Observes, records and reports to the Staff Nurse symptoms and conditions of residents that could be related to medication interactions, adverse drug reactions or medication side effects.

Stores medications in a safe and accurate manner in accordance with established policies and procedures of the facility and applicable state/federal regulations.
Monitors medications to ensure adequate accountability measures are taken when medications are ordered, received into the facility, administered and at change of shift as required by policies and procedures of the facility and applicable state/federal regulations.
Routinely inspects, cleans and monitors equipment and supplies to ensure resident safety. Reports any equipment or supply issues to the Staff Nurse for correction or repair.
Obtains, records and reports vital signs as indicated during the administration of medications.
Demonstrates awareness of proper infection control practice by using Universal Precautions and following policies and procedures of the facility, including OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogen Standard and Grace Living Center's Exposure Control Plan.
Communicates to residents, staff and others in accurate and factual manner and seeks clarification from or refers questions to Staff Nurse when indicated.
Acknowledges and praises the efforts of others in the performance of their duties.
