Great team
Management is horrible
Helping customers
A company that truly cares about it's employees and meeting the needs of their customers.
The entitlement that some of employees have.
The flexibility and support of management.
The Environment
The weather
The treatment of employees and fantastic management
Growth opportunity was available in many departments.
politics seemed to be a big contributor to management decisions.
Tech access and information.
Everything from the coworkers to managers
Nothing I enjoyed everything
Just work itself
People were dedicated and team environment was strong.
Work/Life balance as a manager is non-existent. Pay was always a mystery including bonus targets (would often get them for a time frame that already passed making it impossible to do anything about it).
Employee discount/accommodations
The managers are really nice and sweet and make sure you're doing great.
Some customers are very rude but that's how most customer service work places are.
Bestbuy employees get a pretty good discount on most items, some a lot more than others
The company really takes care of their employees. Cooperate leadership seems to want to create a great environment to work in, and they do really well.
The in-store employee experience isn't great. Often times you get leaders who have been there way too long and they don't care anymore or their leaders won't take care of problems because "they've been there for over 10 years, I doubt that'd really happen."
Healthcare, tuition reimbursement, health programs.
I like the ability to help customers the beat I can.
The pressure corporate puts on it’s employees to try to drive memberships.
The discount is the best benefit.
The organization of employees was perfect, work flowed seamlessly right out of initial education.
Had to keep asking for hours, however some understanding due to the number of employees they had to work with.
access to a 401k and flexible hours.
Been a fair and trusting company for years
Changing in culture with newest ceo
The bond and comradery shared among coworkers
Lack of empathy from upper management. Too focused on sales numbers to see when employees need positive reinforcement.
Getting to work with people that feel more like friends then employees.
The employees are nice and friendly
The management is not in control
Health benefits
The team support from my managers and coworkers.
I don't like the expectation of bringing up the Best Buy card with EVERY customer. They're moments for everything.
I loved the discounts on most products. Not all but many.
Working around technology and good people.
Bad structuring and management.
Flexible schedule and employee discount.
Good benefits
Management isnt that great. Their is a lot of favoritism, and they don't seem to care about your personal problems. Also, if you report a higher up for doing something wrong "even if you report them anonymously" the manager finds out who reported them and confronts them about it, usually in a negative maner.
Good work/life balance
Team work and positive attitude of management and employees
Pay
Discount on merchandise for employees
I like talking to new people, while working as a team with my coworkers
employee discount
Human interaction I meet a lot of interesting people with very interesting stories.
Pay grade. I believe the company expects a lot of the employee without compensation to match efforts
expanding my knowledge of technology is the besting perk of myself, I learned about new technology that will improve my main career that is Digital Illustration.
Good place to be if you want to be around electronics and have a relatively friendly team environment.
Very buddy-buddy. Managers at my Best Buy were very "do as I say, not as I do" and were not accountable for shrink and often would not respond to requests for them. This was a couple years ago, though.
I always knew when limited release dates were and could prepare to be in line. Also USB and Ethernet cables are cheeeeeap.
The employee comradery is a real plus.
The management needed improvment

Good environment, knowledgable coworkers, team that drives success amongst peers. Great employee benefits.
The Repetitiveness of selling.
The employee discounts are incredible.
Best Buy is a decent job for college students who don't have experience waiting tables and don't want to work in a dangerous kitchen.
The managers at Best Buy are unaccommodating to student's who have busy schedules. I had a difficult time working my shifts around my hours.
My favorite perk was the employee discount. It saved me a lot of money on screens and cases for my phone.
