Horrible pay if you dont work 6 days or long 14+ hour days by the time you get home its time to go to bed. One of the lowest mileage paying companies at 0.45 cents per mile but the farthest you can go is to Pennsylvania. You will mostly be in the ports which are often terrible, you get "detention" pay after 1 hour if you just dismounting a container then leave or after 2 hours if you dismount and picking up. But you only receive $20 per hour depending on your move after the wait time dont be surprised if you spend 5 hours or more in a port. They blatantly lie about their fleet or at least what you will be driving. Drivers who have been there a few years drive new trucks, new drivers will get some run down truck with endless issues, minor comforts, no real safety features, no bluetooth or gps just a standard AM FM radio buy an aux cord. So their "new fleet" shouldn't matter to you. While other companies offer actual new trucks or better maintained trucks cause they care about what their employees drive in. Dispatch is sketchy at best, they may forget to give you paperwork to enter a location they often deliver too so you cant make a drop, have to wait or have to go back to get it. Pay checks will look bad if you dont work extra days or extra long hours or the ports are bad so if you have a family or kids or other responsibilities you will find you will struggle to keep up with them. You can start from 4am to 6 or 7am but the later you start the later you go home or more traffic you may encounter. Trucks dont have gps so if you dont know roads you may need to invest in a truck gps or find an app. I think they give a paper with directions but anyone driving for a while may have noticed that highway signs dont always say what route it is or you may not know what side of the highway/freeway to be on when you reach a fork which can lead to a dangerous merge or you having no way of getting from the right lane 4 lanes over to the left lane to take an exit now you have to drive 5 miles the wrong way to hope you can find a uturn. If I remember correctly every drop and hook to a customer is only $15. A chassis move is $15. Every port move is $30. Waiting at a customer is unpaid so 3 hours sitting to deliver anywhere but the ports is you enjoying a free relaxation period. If the ports are very clear it may be a good day if you're port running. Probably could pull $400 to $500 a day but that is probably so rare you may not see it. You would also have to get l
