FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Pay range:$20-$22 an hour The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist will be responsible for management of the full pre-employment & onboarding process of all new hires to the agency including all employees, interns, volunteers, and independent contractors. Being the first impression of the agency, the TA Specialist plays a very important role in making sure each new hire has a seamless & positive onboarding experience. In addition, the TA Specialist will partner with all hiring managers to maintain clear communication regarding the onboarding process with their new hires. The TA Specialist will also attend career events and serve as a back-up to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the full new hire pre-employment & onboarding experience by keeping all new hires (employees, interns, volunteers, independent contractors, etc.) engaged through the process to the end, sending tasks for completion to new hires in a welcoming and timely fashion, as well as communicating with hiring managers & support partners regarding new hires. * Maintain clear communication on next steps and requirements with all new hires & hiring managers. * Finalize new hires on their start dates within the HR Management System thoroughly and efficiently. * Build and analyze a vacancy report to be discussed in the Talent Acquisition Huddles regarding open positions. * Organize new hire files to ensure all supporting documentation is included, accurate filing, and compliance with documentation retention. * Manage and set up final new hire appointments prior to orientation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including I-9 processing). * Send completed new hire lists to various support teams within the agency to begin network assignment/equipment ordering process and scheduling. * Process pre-employment requirements for all necessary internal transfers and maintain clear communication between the hiring manager and the employee. * Identify, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers (as needed and requested by the Talent Acquisition Manager). * Respond to assigned web help desk tickets and complete all requests within a timely manner. * Represent the agency at hiring events as requested by the Talent Acquisition Manager. * Promote agency's Racial Equity and Inclusion concepts. * Completes all trainings required by the agency. * Performs all other duties as assigned. The Senior Counselor works at a maximum level of independence and responsibility, often sharing responsibility for program operations with the Program Director. West Seneca, NY 14224 The Resident Support Specialist (RSS) supports a trauma informed care residential environment, providing support and motivation to the residents in developing daily living skills. The Resident Support Specialist encourages participation in social, educational, vocational, psychiatric, and rehabilitative activities, as well as assists residents in learning community integration and provides exposure to supportive services. The Provider Enrollment & HR Analyst also processes new applications, revalidations, and updates roster, performs confidential administrative tasks associated with the human resource management of the agency. The Provider Enrollment & HR Analyst will maintain HR files in accordance with all mandating guidelines. Builds and runs reports on an as needed basis. This role will oversee the development and submission of grant proposals to foundations, corporations, and government agencies, as well as manage grant reporting and compliance. The Director will also provide strategic direction for the organization's fundraising campaigns, including capital initiatives, donor cultivation, and corporate/foundation partnerships. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for the oversight of team members within the Development and Grants team members. Supervisory responsibilities of these direct reports include consistent coaching, feedback, & development, review & approval of timecards, and completing performance reviews & development plans. Let us know during the hiring process, you may be eligible to earn an extra $1.25/hour POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * Administers and documents administration of medications in case record. * Venipuncture for lab work as ordered by providers. * Assures accuracy and completeness of all case notes. * Conducts health monitoring quarterly for program recipients to include (but not limited to): * Adult BMI Screening * Generic Health Monitoring (BP, R, Temp, etc.) * Tobacco use screening and smoking cessation counseling * Assures communicable disease risk assessments is done on all admitted consumers * Assists and recommends medical follow-up for individuals who have not had a physical exam within one year, assessment for need of physical exam and assists with scheduling of physical exam by medical provider. * Provides age appropriate medical screening and preventive interventions to adults and older adults. * Requests prior authorizations for medications. * Provides health monitoring service groups for minimum of 30 - 60 minutes * Assists in linkage to PCP, Health Home, or other community resources. * Through releases of information, communicates with community resources such as personal care physicians, insurance companies, and others involved in client care. * Works closely with staff consulting psychiatrists or providers. * May supervise student interns. * Maintains inventory of on-site store medications in compliance with NYS regulations. * Properly disposes of medical waste in compliance with NYS standards. * Completes all trainings required by the agency. * Performs all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * Associates degree from an accredited school for professional nursing and four (4) years of paid work experience as a professional nurse -OR- Bachelor's degree in professional nursing * Valid NYS licensure as a Registered Nurse. * 2 years of experience working with children & families preferred. * Experience in mental health or substance use disorder treatment setting preferred. * Ability to work successfully in a team setting and fast paced environment. * Excellent communication skills. * Venipuncture skills preferred. * Knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques preferred. * Valid NYS Driver's License. * Must have accredited NYS Defensive Driving course; or obtain within 15 days of hire and send certification of completion to Human Resources. * Must maintain active NYS Defensive Driving course every 3 years and send a copy of the new certification of completion upon expiration. * Must maintain valid vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance cards and send updated copies to Human Resources upon expiration. They will facilitate the successful utilization of job readiness training and job retention services for consumers of Vocational, ACT, and PROS Programs and build new relationships with potential employers in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assists consumers in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment * Engages with community employers * Provides unlimited support/coaching to consumers to assist them in achieving the outcome of employment success * Assist consumers with resume writing, interview skills and job searching * May transport consumers to and from interviews * Assist/Job Coach consumers onsite at their place of employment * Provides benefits counseling * Provides consumers with accurate information regarding disclosure to employers * Completes vocational assessment and updates consumer profile on a regular basis. * Completes weekly and monthly performance indicators and records data * Provides unlimited support for follow along employment services * Acts as a liaison between employer and consumer as needed * Reports data to NYESS or to agency designee for reporting purposes * Schedule and assigned duties are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the clients we serve.
