Daniel Marriggi CRNA is a Realtor Associate at Castles Unlimited and Chief Nurse Anesthetist at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Milton and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. He received his BA from UMass Boston and an MBA from Brandeis University, Heller School of Social Policy and Management.

Jeannette Currie joined Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton in August 2015 as its Chief Information Officer (CIO). Prior to joining BID-Milton Jeannette was the Executive Director of Information Systems at South Shore Hospital. She has extensive healthcare information systems (IS) experience. She was previously employed at Mount Auburn Hospital as the Assistant Director of IS and for a number of years served as the IS Manager in the corporate office of Caregroup.

In addition to her functions as CIO at BID-Milton, Jeannette also serves Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) as the Enterprise Clinical Integration Architect. In this role, she is responsible for managing the planning and implementation of clinical exchange activities across the BIDMC system, including health information exchanges and state/regional/national data sharing efforts.

Lynn Cronin joined BID-Milton (then Milton Hospital) in 1987, and has held nursing positions throughout the hospital during her career. A native of the United Kingdom, Lynn worked as a midwife in the UK before coming to the US. She earned both her BSN and MSN at Curry College, Milton. Prior to serving as the Chief Nursing Officer, Ms. Cronin has held leadership positions including Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and Director of Informatics.

Michael Conklin joined BID-Milton in September of 2014. Most recently, Mike was senior vice president for finance and chief financial officer for CharterCARE Health Partners, Inc., a Providence-based healthcare system comprised of Roger Williams Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Health Services. Prior to joining CharterCARE, Mike was senior vice president for finance at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. Michael completed his undergraduate degree at Northeastern University and earned his MBA at Suffolk University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants.

Dr. Sheila Ryan Barnett assumed the position of Chief Medical Officer of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton in September, 2019. Prior to her appointment, she spent four years as the hospital's Chief of Anesthesiology and as a member of the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. With Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Dr. Barnett held several multidisciplinary positions including Chair of the Interventional Procedure Committee, Director of Graduate Medical Education and Medical Director of the Transfer Center. Dr. Barnett is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at Harvard Medical School.

Sheilah Rangaviz is the Chief Financial Officer at Beth Israel Hospital Milton (BID Milton). She is a seasoned healthcare financial executive with a deep understanding of hospital and medical group finance. Sheilah’s expertise in staffing productivity, revenue cycle, and metric-driven dashboards complement her ability to lead analyses in new business lines with an understanding of the integration into the healthcare delivery system. Prior to joining BID Milton, Sheilah served as the Vice President of Financial Operations at Prospect Medical Holdings where she was responsible for the financial reporting, budgeting, and financial management of 550 providers in five east coast markets. Sheilah also worked at Boston Children’s Hospital and held senior-level financial roles in the healthcare sector as Vice President of Financial Operations at CharterCARE Health Partners and Director of Financial Operations for Norwood Hospital at Steward Healthcare.

Sheilah earned her Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and her MBA from Norwich University.
