I don't know the CEO or leadership very well at all; however, the admnistration who oversees our department is accessible, knowledgeable, and keen to help us make improvements.

go back to in-person meetings for leadership and more regular meetings for departments, especially those like ours who are spread out all over both east and west campus

it is below average, and probably my biggest issue with working here - they need to re-evaluate the industry/specialty I am in, and see that they are not comparable to their competitors and also nationally
