Pay raises are not regular and are minimal; have not kept up with the economy or cost of living increases.

I don't know the CEO or leadership very well at all; however, the admnistration who oversees our department is accessible, knowledgeable, and keen to help us make improvements.
go back to in-person meetings for leadership and more regular meetings for departments, especially those like ours who are spread out all over both east and west campus
i learned as much as i could about the instititution, the department where I was applying, and about the leader of that department
it is below average, and probably my biggest issue with working here - they need to re-evaluate the industry/specialty I am in, and see that they are not comparable to their competitors and also nationally
