What You'll Do
Our recruiter is responsible for performing recruiting and talent acquisition functions, including daily lead follow-up, coordination of interviews and events for all Eagle Crest Communities in La Crosse, Holmen, and Onalaska, WI.
Ensure frequent contact with local college and high school students, workforce development, military, and other job programs, going on site to draw interest in our open positions.
Work with the marketing department in the creation and implementation of our employment marketing and social media campaigns.
Make contact with active and passive candidates utilizing cold calls and other methods to connect with inactive applicants or candidates sourced on job boards and resume searches.
Ensure the candidate experience is positive from initial contact through application and hire and corporate orientation.
Train hiring managers in the interview and hiring process, and assist them as needed.
Actively contribute and provide input in the research and development of Eagle Crest Communities recruitment and retention plans and strategies
Compile, maintain, and report key metrics that monitor recruitment and retention goals and market trends and demands.
Assists with International Recruitment processes
Perform activities in compliance with EEO requirements
Performs additional HR duties and responsibilities as needed
What You'll Need
A passion for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with internal and external candidates
Strong interpersonal and social abilities to successfully work in a team environment required
Proven success in building positive relationships and an environment of trust with a genuine interest in regular interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
Exhibits a high level of organization and attention to detail with excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication and presentation skills required
Experience in recruiting, public relations, marketing, and/or sales
Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing, Public Relations, or Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; ability to learn new programs quickly and to train and assist others
Ability to have fun at work - Creative and Productive
Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to serve the residents of our retirement and life community. This person will lead and enjoy activities with the residents of our Eagle Crest South community.
What You'll Do
Responsible for assisting the Life Enrichment Coordinator with the development, coordination and leading of activities.
Host large and small group programs as well as one-on-one activities primarily for residents in assisted living, memory care and also independent residents.
Document program attendance and observation of residents from a day-to-day basis.
Complete side projects or tasks such as preparing decorations for events, making posters to advertise events, preparing crafts, helping with certain resident needs, etc.
Responsible for mentoring other staff members and/or volunteers when Life Enrichment Coordinator may not be present.
Report potential resident concerns to Life Enrichment Coordinator and address them in a timely manner.

About the Role
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Construction Project Manager to partner with our CEO and campus administrators in leading building and grounds projects. What You'll Do
Project Leadership
Lead new construction, remodels, and major grounds projects.
Manage capital budgets, purchases, and contractors related to building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, flooring, safety systems, etc.).
Facilities Operations & Compliance
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and audits across campuses.
Ensure fire and life safety systems testing, audits, and compliance.
Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for building and grounds operations.
Team Development & Support
Develop and schedule training for maintenance and grounds staff.
Mentor and coach maintenance leaders and team members.

What You'll Bring
Experience and/or education in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or remodeling.
Degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of building systems and structures
Experience with project planning, bidding process, budget management and quality inspection
Ability to read blueprints and interpret regulations related to construction and compliance.
Experience leading contractors and internal teams through complex projects.
Excellent communication skills-able to build trust, mentor staff, and collaborate with leaders.

Eagle Crest Communities: Onalaska, WI Food Service - Cook Opportunities Available: * Full-Time: 80 hours per 2 week pay period * Part-Time: 16 or 32 hours per 2 week pay period * Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 or more shifts a month; 2 on the weekend
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

Food Service - Cook
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a talented Cook to join our top-notch culinary team at our Eagle Crest North facility. Our kitchen provides meals for 18 memory care residents, 42 assisted living residents, 70+ independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest North. We also prepare and transport meals to our Holmen community.
What You'll Do
* Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by creating attractive and nutritious meals while maintaining accurate meal documentation records.
* Prepare meals relative to the nutritional needs of the residents, dietician recommendations, and Individual Service Plans (ISP) when necessary
What You'll Need
* Cook experience is beneficial and preferred, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!
* Must be willing and eager to cook from scratch, have a positive attitude, and be customer service focused
* Valid driver's license with safe driving record; positions will occasionally require transporting meals to other communities.

* Willing to train those with informal cooking experience who show positive character and work ethic
Our Wages
* Starting wage is between $18.50 and $24.00 per hour, based on your position, experience and qualifications. (Prep Cook, Production Cook, Line Cook, etc.)
* Assistant Cook/Trainee: $16.50 +
* We pay for high performance - we will review your wage at 100 days!
