Responsibilities Deliver professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures. Perform scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure. Directly assist operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing and wound exposure as well as patient positioning. Hearten House I and II (La Crosse, WI) Facility Nurse 80 hours per two week pay period: Monday - Friday, plus on-call rotation Facility Nurse Eagle Crest Communities is looking for a caring and compassionate nurse to join our team of dedicated staff! This position will work alongside the Facility Manager serving up to 24 residents at Hearten House I & II. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the oversite and provision of medication management and treatment services, physical and behavioral assessments of the residents, actively maintaining Individual Service Plans using staff input, and maintaining compliance with CBRF regulations (DHS 83) and Program Statements.
