We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse As a RN at MercyOne, you will provide individualized, high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages. Uses a team approach to delegate and coordinate patient care at admission, transfer, and discharge. Utilizes safeguards such as IV pump drug library and monitor alarms whenever available to maximize patient safety. We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team of dedicated and hardworking Nurses serving the residents of our retirement and life community. In this role, you will primarily work with the residents in our 18 memory care apartments. Eagle Crest North has 18 memory care apartments, 42 assisted living and 70 independent living plus apartments. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the oversite and provision of medication management and treatment services, physical and behavioral assessments of the residents, actively maintaining Individual Service Plans using staff input, and maintaining compliance with CBRF regulations (DHS 83) and Program Statements. What You'll Do Become familiar with each resident's care needs, work with the residents and other care providers related to medical concerns, new admission and routine assessments as well as discharge planning. This nurse will educate and supervise Resident Care staff in medication administration and resident care, delegating tasks as appropriate.
