The center is located upstairs from Saratoga Surgery Center. The advanced practitioner in this role will perform initial history and follow-up examinations and provide ongoing care, order diagnostic tests and consultations, and provide education and counseling to patients and families. Excellent communication skills are required with patients, colleagues, and providers. Requirements include: NYS-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience in primary care or prior pain management experience, is preferred. The compensation and benefit package are competitive.
