Duties

Maintains good communications with the Boys Girls Club administration; checking in with the Site/Branch Director daily about safety/behavioral concerns. Maintains consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.
Completes daily all pre-and post-trip inspections for safety and security by inspecting and documenting in BGC vehicle logs prior to locking the vehicle and completing the daily shift. Fuels and re-fuel vehicles weekly, as needed. Assists with transporting vehicles for regularly scheduled maintenance as requested.
Maintains a clean bus/van.
Understands and adheres to all organizational policies and procedures in regard to transportation.
Performs other duties as assigned.

-Must have three years of driving experience with a good driving record.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Makes outgoing phone calls (also incoming) to guests to gain information for their up-coming reservation for any number of activities but with a concentration of snowsports and ski and snowboard rentals. To provide information on services and activities at the resort and in the resort area.
* Information needed for a reservation includes but is not limited to address, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, height, weight, shoe size, ski or ride ability for all members of the reservation, confirming dates and activities and up-selling the guest into other programs and activities that might interest them. Taking payment for all reservations if needed.
* Confirming policies, times, and other pertinent information to the guest to enhance their whole experience and more specifically their arrival experience
* Hire and schedule Concierge Agents for the Season.
* Work through Reservation issues with Concierge Agents and departments involved.
* Inputting all data into our various computer systems such as RTP.
* Working in the rental shop greeting reservation guests as well as regular rental guests and guiding them through the rental/lesson process and helping them in any way to enhance their experience.
* Keeping abreast of resort's departmental activities (i.e. rates, rentals, lessons and events).
* Contribute to team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employee; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
* Some evening hours and weekends and holidays required.
* High degree of communication and cooperation between Central Reservations, Snowsports, Children's Center and Rental departments.

A Day in the Life as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor:
As a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, you'll be responsible for providing in-person basic breastfeeding information and encouragement to WIC pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
Your day will involve:
Provides information, benefits, and reasons to breastfeed to pregnant and post-partum women in accordance with Agency policies and procedures and the USDA Breastfeeding Training Curriculum and counsels WIC prenatal and breastfeeding women at WIC clinics through face-to face counseling, telephone support, or through breastfeeding classes and support groups
Adheres to WIC USDA Breastfeeding Training Curriculum and NH Breastfeeding Peer Counseling Program requirements and refers breastfeeding problems, questions or concerns that are beyond existing level of knowledge, scope of practice or require immediate attention to the Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Program Coordinator (DBE) or nutritionist who is a CLC. Refers mothers to the local agency breastfeeding coordinator, DBE, lactation consultant, health care provider, or other community support program, according to local agency protocol and scope of practice.
Oversees a caseload of WIC participants and makes routine contact with all participants assigned by local agency Breastfeeding Coordinator and gives basic breastfeeding information and support to new mothers, including discussing the benefits of breastfeeding, overcoming common barriers, and how to establish early successful breastfeeding. Also helps women prevent and handle common breastfeeding concerns within scope of practice.
Attends clinics to provide in-person services to assist participants with breastfeeding needs as well as contacting participants by phone on days not scheduled for clinics.
Contacts postpartum women electing to breastfeed after delivery by phone or by office appointment to assist in breastfeeding initiating questions and concerns, provide information and support, encourage the continuance of breastfeeding and to respond to any breastfeeding concerns or problems and arranges follow-up contacts in accordance with schedule outlined in the NH Policy and Procedure Manual and as needed and indicated by WIC participants to provide necessary support and information to encourage a successful breastfeeding experience.
Maintains accurate records of all contacts and completes weekly activity worksheets documenting paper record information into the StarLINC System for WIC in a timely manner.
Will attend required Agency meetings with supervisor and other peers, WIC BFPC monthly staff meetings, as scheduled, and required in person clinic days. Attends state sponsored breastfeeding peer counseling meetings, special conferences or in-services on breastfeeding to increase knowledge and skills.

* Develop a comprehensive understanding of Loon Mountain's services and products including various rates, discounts offered, promotions, complimentary tickets, and events.
* Greet and welcome guests to the sales location.
* Maintain the sales location in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion to transact all ticketing business inside and out, and to provide quality guest assistance.
* Handle and be accountable for all financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records on a daily basis.
* Assist Central Reservations in handling specific questions, delivery of messages and announcements.
* Interface with all other departments as necessary to create smooth interacts for guests.
* Operate a one-stop shopping outlet offering single and multi-day lift tickets and information regarding all loon mountain services.
* Problem-solve guest situations in a timely and respectful manner regarding any topic.
* Actively promote a safe recreational environment by educating the public with regards to "Your Responsibility Code."
