There is no Pro’s.
In my experience working with BLT, I experienced Micro Management, no breaks, except required 1 hour lunch and no yearly increases. Every year you are expected to do more and more without any extra incentives.
The benefits are a joke and you will be paying high premiums and copayments.
The CEO is a cheapskate and cares only about profits for himself.
Get rid of all management and the CEO.
Don’t prepare run! Run fast!!
Compensation is a joke and you will never get a raise!!
There isn’t any diversity. Everyone is all white.
There isn’t any joy here, only stress and unhappiness. Most employees are unhappy and looking for another job.

They never give incentives to the employees, and the company rakes in 25 to 100 million yearly? Would be nice to be appreciated.
