Founded in 1998 by Don & Brett Sneed in Lenexa, KS, Better Life Technology, LLC (BLT) is the leading manufacturer of roll out vinyl flooring. Pros of working at Better Life Technology

There is no Pro’s.

Cons of working at Better Life Technology

In my experience working with BLT, I experienced Micro Management, no breaks, except required 1 hour lunch and no yearly increases. Every year you are expected to do more and more without any extra incentives.

The benefits are a joke and you will be paying high premiums and copayments.
