What are we looking for?

You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.

We are seeking Bartenders, Servers, & Greeters (Greeter Starting at $12.00 hr.) ( full or Part-time) to join our team! The Banquet Server at Maumee Bay Lodge will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests during events and banquets. Banquet Servers will serve either plated meals or buffets for corporate events, weddings, family reunions and all other catered events.
Seeking candidates that have open availability year round. This is a great part-time opportunity as events can be sporadic at times.
We offer you pay at $7.50 per hour plus 8% service charge on food from events worked. For events with multiple servers will split the 8% service charge. With service charge received you'll average anywhere from $13.00 - $20.00 per hour or more depending on business levels.
