The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa Reservation Specialist is vitally important to the continued success of the company. Reservation agents help guests make travel plans. They describe and book ideal hotel accommodations for VIP and non-VIP guests, book special events, provide room rates, reserve dining, assist with directing guests towards spa services and other vacation-related arrangements over the phone, fax or through email. **On-Site Role** Mid-day to Swing shift Hours are:12p-8p or 1p-9p Depending on Shift pay is $20-$22 Responsibilities Expert communicator that is able to listen effectively and communicate in a clear, friendly and professional manner. Provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller. Ability to incorporate active listening skills and questioning techniques that support effective telephone communication and sales skills. Utilize an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks such as call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects. Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers. Understand the impact of attitude when speaking with guests. Ability to build a positive rapport with all manner of guests over the phone to create a pleasant experience for the customer and draw them back to our resort for future visits. Apply proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations. Assist with providing reservations to guests, including up selling special packages, upgraded rooms and cross-selling different services throughout the hotel. Provide assistance with questions regarding the Company and Special Events. Consistently be above 35% conversion on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Assist with filing when needed. Produce daily and weekly rate comparisons for area hotels utilizing the Internet and telephone. Strong communication skills, proper telephone etiquette, active listening skills, data entry, ability to relate to others, patience, good judgment, attention to detail, professionalism, proactive problem solving, ability to multi-task, negotiation skills, excellent computer skills. Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess foundational analytical skills, a commitment to data quality, and the motivation to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a full-time, onsite position (not remote). The salary for this role is $50,000 annually. Responsibilities Utilize knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), data warehouses and relational databases in analyzing various data sources (in-house databases, data warehouse, other third-party data sources, etc.) to develop queries and procedures for extracting and communicating required information. Assist in maintaining Player Tracking Database. Responsible for ensuring data integrity for all data sources used. Work closely with all areas of the organization to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues of concern. Perform data analysis in order to help develop strategic initiatives for all departments. Review and monitor results in order to enhance revenue generating opportunities. Gather data, organize it into reports and provide conclusions. Responsible for the strict adherence to Compliance policies, internal control procedures and the casino's policies and procedures. Responsibilities Assist with developing and executing a risk-based annual audit plan aligned with Nevada gaming regulations and property-level risk assessments. Maintain audit methodologies consistent with industry standards, and NGCB expectations, internal controls over financial reporting, the IIA Professional Practices Framework. Lead audits ensuring compliance with Nevada MICS, NGC regulations, internal controls, and property procedures. Reviews audit workpapers prepared by the Internal Auditor and evidence for completeness and adherence to professional standards. Ensure findings are clearly supported and reported in a timely manner. Monitor compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) rules, including the Nevada Gaming Control Act and associated regulations. Support Title 31/AML compliance through testing, control evaluation, and collaboration with the Compliance Department. Participate in property responses to NGCB inquiries or inspections and assist with regulatory readiness for audits and walkthroughs. Track corrective action plans and verify implementation consistent with Nevada regulatory expectations. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required. 5+ years of internal or external audit experience, in the Gaming Industry. Prior management or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of Nevada gaming operations, systems, and internal controls required. Knowledge of Colorado Regulations a plus.
