This includes training new members with varying levels of recreational boating experience and members who have been with our organization for some time.
As a Captain, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our members have a safe and enjoyable boating experience. We are seeking a Director, Business Systems to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of Bevi's enterprise applications and technology ecosystem. You'll manage a team of analysts and engineers, expand our IT and security capabilities, and architect the systems and integrations that help the business scale.
Your Day to Day
Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for Bevi's enterprise applications ecosystem, including ERP (Netsuite), CRM (Salesforce), CX platforms, eCommerce, CLM, Field Service, and iPaaS, ensuring alignment with company growth priorities.
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, central PMO, and Product, translating business priorities into scalable, integrated solutions that enable seamless end-to-end workflows and operational efficiency.
Lead enterprise change management for cross-functional process redesigns and major system implementations to ensure adoption, execution excellence, and measurable business impact.
Ensure all technology decisions align with security, compliance, availability, and data protection standards, in partnership with IT and security stakeholders.
Assess and evolve the enterprise technology stack, continuously evaluating new tools and strategic technology partners to support growth and modernization.
Oversee IT operations, including security practices, infrastructure considerations, device standards, and vendor management
Establish best practices and consistency across enterprise tools, documentation, and delivery methodologies; guide requirements gathering, testing, and acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality delivery.
Lead a high-performing team of Business Analysts, Systems Engineers, and Administrators, setting clear priorities, execution standards, and development paths while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
10+ years of experience across enterprise applications, business systems, or IT leadership
Strong technical foundation in SaaS ecosystems (Netsuite, CRM, CX platforms, iPaaS tools)
Working knowledge of IT fundamentals (security, infrastructure, integrations, data governance, and vendor management)
Experience leading cross-functional process design and change management

The posted compensation range reflects the salary* for this position. Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a bonus incentive.
