Time off was decent

Cons of working at BGC Partners

Everything else. Full of nepotism. People highly unqualified in management. Those same people breaking rules at the detriment to the client. Very unprofessional in every way.

BGC Partners benefits

Time off was decent but frankly that was due to the client. BGC was prepared to take that all away before the client stepped in before they had a full walkout. So in the end, nothing that BGC offered willingly
