Knowing the horrible history of this company's CEO got rich from someone's hard work
No work/life balance at all, no raise and bonuses which was stripped away but given to the corrupted higher ups in every department, being very careful to what you said because no one is your friend only associates. Most good reviews are being inputted by HR pressured by high executives
Absolutely nothing only before and after coming to work
Time off was decent
Everything else. Full of nepotism. People highly unqualified in management. Those same people breaking rules at the detriment to the client. Very unprofessional in every way.
Time off was decent but frankly that was due to the client. BGC was prepared to take that all away before the client stepped in before they had a full walkout. So in the end, nothing that BGC offered willingly
