He is one of the pre-eminent call center builders, responsible for the development of 3 of the largest accounts receivable and customer care companies in the U.S. He grew Nationwide Credit, founded OSI and Convergent Resources Inc. and is the key architect and strategist in the creation and growth of KM². In addition, as majority shareholder in KM², Mr. Kreiss is engaged in all the daily business activities of the Company.
